Serenity and Tranquility 心静自然凉

 


Once a person starts working, it is almost inevitable for one to be trapped in the intricate web of never-ending hectic schedules and deadlines, rushing from one task to another.

There is hardly any time for a person to pause, meditate and rejuvenate.

Zen buddhism carries some mystic, and not easy to fathom.

Hard as it may be, we should strive to find peace/tranquility in the midst of chaos. Meditation or mindful breathing is probably the best and simplest way to achieve that aim.

I enjoy looking at images of trees / leaves superimposed against the blue sky - they imbued one with a sense of serenity and tranquility.






心静自然凉。。。这种心情,需要培养。它与所谓的以不变应万变不一样,而是以从容不变的心态,应付所有的挑战。
