Corridor... a narrow passage for people to walk from one place to another.
It is typically sheltered - from the rain and sun.
Sometimes, the passage may be cluttered with miscellaneous objects/goods overflowing from adjacent shops.
Some corridors can be quite narrow; others may be quite artistic.

走廊， 多数都有掩盖，能遮风挡雨，方便行人走动。
前些日子，有关当局推行了亲民计划，打造了长长的有盖走廊，把组屋住宅区/校园与附近的巴士站抑或地铁站连接起来。美中不足的是，此计划不包过私人住宅。（感觉上好像住在私人屋者不是人般！好像每个入住私人住宅的都会以车代步，无需有盖走廊的庇护！）
世上名声最大的，无非是颐和园里的长廊啦！
