楼上楼下 upstair and downstair

楼上楼下，虽然空间相隔，但彼此都能对视，也能隔空喊话。

只要彼此的生活水平没有太大的差距，应该不会有太大的隔阂。

两者都身居同样的环境，也应该会有同样的话题。

Theoretically, people who come from the same background, work in the same environment should have no difficulty in finding a common ground to communicate. 

Staying in a higher floor does not equate to higher socio-economic status.

But with sheer determination, and engaging in relentless effort in self upgrading, the final paths of people in the same building may diverge. Even if one has attained supremacy in one's career, never forget one's root!
