身居到处都是钢筋水泥的城市，又因为土地有限之故，要实现“居者有其屋”的政策，耸立的高楼大厦，处处可见。要如何美化环境，使它不单调乏味，着实不易！
我家附近的老旧政府组屋，在翻新的过程当中，唯有靠色彩来令人“耳目一新”！
其实，住屋除了要具有美观之外，实用更为重要！现在的新型组屋，不但面积比旧时代的小了不少，价钱也翻了几倍！已经谈不上“实蕙” 了。
