运动 Exercises

运动能促进个人健康,减少患上三高的风险。对于年长者,运动更加重要。它能减少患上老人痴呆病症的几率。

最适合年长者的户外运动,莫过于慢步走动。若体能强壮,关节还挺健全的话,快步走动或慢跑,更能促进心脏血液循环的效率!








It seems that outdoor exercises such as slow/brisk walking and light jogging are favourites of many people (both young and old). This is particularly true in the midst of COVID pandemic recently, where people are eager to escape the confine of home". Any valid excuse to get out of "quanrantine" is quickly snapped up by all.

Doing exercises along exercise trails in various neighbourhood park connectors or nature parks are very convenient and safe. Of course, it is best done in the morning or late afternoon, when the weather is not too hot!
