To be able to demonstrate textures in 2 dimensional photographs, and exhort the inner urge touch the objects captured in the photos... is rather fascinating.

I had taken snap shots of light decor in celebration of Mid-autumn Festival over the past few years.
Went out for brief walking tour, to capture some photos of the light decor this year.
Somehow, the protagonist of Mid-autum Festival, Chang-er (嫦娥), the moon fairy is missing this year. Instead, her faithful company, Jade Rabbit 玉兔，takes centre-stage this time round.
The light decors were rather bland and subdued in colour.
Fortunately, the colourful home-made lanterns by young children on display at the foyer of ChinaTown Point more or less compensate for the inadequacy.

在喧吵的闹市里，能拥有一片葱郁的树林草地，着实难得！
居然能看见类似梯田的景色，更加可贵！虽然这只是花园里的一个布景。
Have kept myself busy reading some books on photography. The gist of what I have learnt - practice makes perfect... no matter how much you have read, you won't learn anything unless you venture and try out the various tips.
Hence, here I come with some of the photos.

傍晚时分，与往常一样下楼到附近河道慢步运动。在运动人行道步行时，只见前方不远处乌云密布，心想一场大雨是免不了的，但也许不会来得快。
哪知才在河道上拐了个弯，用随身带的相机拍了几张照片后，老天便憋不住气，下起倾盆大雨来。幸好我当时已靠近走道上的一所亭子，忙快步奔上前避雨。
闲着无聊，便拿起相机拍了几张雨中即景来打发时间。

Life is truly full of enchanting colours.

It's the beginning of new academic year and the final year for CJ.
He moved back to a new double-bed room at Residential Hall 12 today.
His room mate has placed his belongings into his cupboard, and made his bed. But CJ is yet to see his new room mate.
Mopped / clean the bed, table and the floor. Some items were left at home -> drove back to get those items, and went for dinner @ Beo Crescent Hawker Centre before making a return trip to NTU.
